Design & Engineering

Zero-defect walkthrough, full documentation set and a 5-year structural warranty. We come back before you have to call.

Monolith was founded in 1987 by two structural engineers with one bulldozer and a conviction: a building is a promise made in public. Thirty-eight years later, 320 of our own specialists carry that promise across Estonia, Latvia and Finland.
We keep the trades that matter in-house - concrete, steel, formwork - because quality is not something you can subcontract away.
