A modern steakhouse where prime cuts meet live fire. Hand-selected beef, aged in-house for thirty days, and finished over glowing oak embers.
We built Ember & Oak around a single belief - that great beef needs patience, heat, and almost nothing else.
Every cut is selected by hand, then rested in our glass-walled aging room for a full month. The result is deeper flavor, a finer texture, and a crust that only real fire can give. Our grill burns oak and hardwood charcoal at over eight hundred degrees, sealing each steak the moment it touches the flame.
The room is quiet and warm, the service unhurried. Come for a long dinner, a good bottle, and beef cooked the way it should be.
Dinner is served Tuesday through Sunday. For parties larger than six, or for full private dining, reach us directly and we will take care of the rest.
